As most of you are aware Western North Carolina got extensive damage from hurricane Helene. We are not in need but there are many people in Western North Carolina that are.

Please refrain from gifts and instead spend money on the local community visiting Asheville and the surrounding area. They desperately need our help and our patronage to continue on their path to recovery.

Are THERE PRE or Post wedding events?

There are no formal events the Friday before or the Sunday after but Liz and I have a BNB just outside of Asheville and will be around all weekend. We would love to hang out with as many people as possible before or after the wedding.

Are kids & Pets allowed?

Kids YES! It’s a beautiful location with tons of room so they can run free. Unfortunately NO pets per the resort. But yes, kids are absolutely welcome! You don’t need to include them on the RSVP, just bring them along.

CAN WE CAMP ONSITE?

There are a small number of RV campers onsite that are reserved for immediate family. However, there is also 20 available camping spots so if you want to be adventurous and put down a tent let us know.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Whatever you feel comfortable in! This will be a very relaxed and informal event. We will be in a grassy nature valley nestled in the mountains of western North Carolina so dress accordingly. The early summer weather may be a little warm.

WILL THERE more than bbQ?

Of course there will be a big BBQ feast but we will also have a large supply of fruit, veggies, cheeses and snack items. Please come hungry! If you have any food allergies or special dietary needs please note it on the RSVP.
